FAQs

The Basics

  • When is the reunion?

Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 1, 2009

  • When should I plan to arrive/depart?

In addition to an optional overnight trip to Moosilauke on Thursday night (for an additional cost), there is also a Pre-Reunion National Coming Out Month event - the 10th Annual Stonewall Lecture - taking place on Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. Please see the Reunion Weekend Schedule for more details on the lecture.

Additional details on the Moosilauke trip will be available soon.

Reunion registration will begin at noon on Friday, though most alumni/ae will be arriving later Friday evening.

Any reunion events scheduled for Sunday will be completed by 12 p.m. noon at the latest.

  • Can I bring non-Dartmouth people?

YES. You are more than welcome to bring friends and significant others who did not themselves attend Dartmouth. Each individual attending the reunion will need to pay the registration fee.

  • How will I know who is coming to reunion?

You can see who has tentatively RSVP-ed on the Facebook Save the Date page here. Additionally, you will also be able to see who is officially registered on the reunion registration form.

Registration

  • When and how do we register for reunion?

You may begin the registration process here.

You will need a Vox Alumni Network account (i.e. your alum.dartmouth.org email login and password). If you have not registered for an alumni account before, please click here.

  • Can we only go to some events? Do we have to pay for all events?

The reunion has been organized as a package deal, and all scheduled events are covered in the registration fee. We have chosen this option to ease the registration and billing processes.

You may attend as many or as few events as you would like; however, we are unable to offer a reduced or per-event payment plan at this time.

Costs

  • How much will the reunion cost?

$125 pp - Young Alumni (Undergraduate Classes of 2005-09)

$195 pp - All Other Alumni and Guests

    $75 pp - Children (5-18 yrs)

No Charge - Children under 5 yrs

NOTE: If you completed the DGALA Reunion Survey, you are entitled to a 20% discount. Your discount will be refunded to you approximately one week after you submit your registration.

Arriving in Hanover

  • Where can I park during Reunion Weekend?
